UN FRAUDE!!!

MUY MALO .. UN FRAUDE.. Cuando llegas te cobran el parqueo, el aire acondicionado, y hasta el aire que respiras.. !!! los cargos no están claros, ES UNA ESTAFA, wifi no funciona el mantenimiento es muy malo.. (lo único bueno es la chica de la recepción que hace sus mayores esfuerzos por compensar la desagradable y estafadora forma de administrar que tiene el dueño (al que si se le quiere hacer un reclamo resulta ser un fantasma) vi a muchos huéspedes muy enojados por los cargos extra NO LO RECOMIENDO!!!!

piscina promossa, appartamento sgangherato

Piscina bella e recente, ben tenuta, con moltissime sdraio a disposizione, bar con prezzi accettabilissimi, ampio giardino con calcetto, wifi etc... Appartamento deludente: gli esterni sarebbero anche belli, molto ombreggiati, parcheggio vicino all'appartamento, molto molto verde, ideale per il relax. In appartamento il box doccia era tutto sgangherato, con una delle due ante totalmente staccata, da appoggiare (con chiusura ovviamente inefficace e conseguente allagamento ad ogni doccia). In doccia, neanche una minima superficie per appoggiare shampoo o saponetta, che di conseguenza restava per terra. Cucina appena sufficiente, senza nemmeno un asse per tagliare due pomodori. Tavolino e sedie esterne in plastica (integri), con ombrellone, anche questo distrutto ed inutilizzabile (verificato il danno, mi hanno detto che non ne avevano neanche uno per sostituire). Niente wifi ovviamente. Personale cordiale (quando si trova).

Ero già stato in questo residence e ho avuto la conferma che si tratta di un bel posto,ho ricevuto una buona accoglienza dal personale in cui ho riscontrato una educazione non facilmente riscontrabile di questi tempi.

Not a happy customer

The location wasn't great. Didn't have good signs and it looks like you are going into someone's house. The manager although helpful at giving you info, he was rude that we got there late. Apparently you are supposed to get there before 7:30. The worst was that he charged us for air conditioning and for parking which I need to report. These services are not noted as additional charges. I will report them to hotels.com so that they can make it clear for the guests. The only thing worth it was the pool and sorrounding areas.

Super vriendelijke mensen heerlijk zwembad en nette appartementen. Wel veel mieren dus neem een lokdoosje mee en harde bedden even wennen. Al met al prima vertoeven...

Dissatisfying experience, no one speak english

Needs major update. Originally booked for a one double and 2 single bed for a two bedroom apartment and ended up in a one single and one double one bedroom apartment. We had to asked for a new room and they made the changes. Beds were very well used and has bumps. There was an empty candy bar wrap on the night stand. Kitchen utensils were dirty. Staff does not speak English and hardly any one present at the reception. Only pros is the pool. You must take your own towel for the pool.For the region, it is a bargain. However, I would have pay a little more for a better place. I would not recommend it to anyone. Wi-fi worked only at the pool area.

Volgens onze gegevens moest de receptie open zijn, bij aankomst was deze gesloten. Er zat geen briefje op de deur wanneer er iemand terug kwam of telefoon nr. Mail gestruurd , deze werd onvriendelijk beantwoord, het kwam er op neer dat het onze schuld was dat er niemand op de receptie aanwezig was. Wij zijn vertrokken en hebben een ander hotel gezocht waar we vriendelijk werden ontvangen. Jammer, dat we het app. al betaald hadden, maar door de ontvriendelijke behandeling en geen excuus wilde voor geen goud meer terug naar dit app.

Hotel difficile d'accès

Sans GPS, difficile de trouver la résidence. Qui plus est, il faut être prudent avec le GPS qui tente de passer par des chemins inaccessibles en voiture... Autrement lieu agréable, vue sublime depuis le toit terrasse sur Capri. Un peu en retrait de Sorrente, ce qui protège de sa vie nocturne si besoin

The place outside the room is arranged perfectly, big and clear swimming pool, beautiful area, however, rooms need to be renewed. Huge parking area, while you need to pay 5 Euros for parking for each day.

La struttura è trascurata e si osserva una assoluta mancanza di manutenzione (es. piatto doccia vistosamente incrinato, specchio ossidato che rendeva impossibile riflettersi, portasapone che si staccava, etc.). Nella nostra stanza su tre luci ne funzionava solo una. Chi ci ha accompagnato all’alloggio ci ha assicurato, fino alla sera precedente la nostra partenza, che ci avrebbe dato due nuove lampadine che non abbiamo mai avuto. Inoltre, pur richiedendole, non abbiamo mai ottenuto né la ricevuta del pagamento del soggiorno, né quella relativa al parcheggio, né quella della tassa di soggiorno. La piscina è bella, ma chiude tassativamente alle 18:30, proprio quando il turista accaldato torna dalle gite giornaliere. Giudizio molto scarso.

The views!!!

Loved the room and terrace! And the woman that worked there was so accommodating. She brought us all the way up to our room and then got us a different room that was easier for my parents. She said she's only been working there a couple days, I was so impressed by her service! Amazing!

jättefint boende. inte optimalt att besöka resorten efter semestersäsong. Vi var där i Oktober. Poolen var stängd och det var väldigt få besökare. Receptionen var stängd varje dag. Nära till busshållsplatsen och mataffär. Men jag tror man får ut mest av sin vistelse om man hyr en bil

Lovely area to stay.

When we found the residence it was lovely,but it is not well signed, up a steep narrow road and amongst private properties. No one answered the phone after 2.30pm when they said that was check in time, phoned twice up to 3p.m. and no answer, then found reception, it was very dirty and untidy, the girl at desk was miserable and unprofessional. Accommodation is good,but bathroom had broken loo seat and blocked shower, which then flooded over onto floor.reception was tidied next day. Wonderful views of Capri and surrounding areas from pool area, lovely place to stay for self catering but you need a car to get around area. Ground staff very friendly.maybe they could just stick to hours stated on website and have someone more professional at reception, they charge to park cars on their own ground which is a bit of a cheek as there is no where else you can park!

Hotel bonito y bien comunicado

El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado y limpio aunque nos cobraron 20€ más por llegar más tarde de las 19:00 (check-in late lo llamaron ellos) y no entraron a limpiar en los 5 días que nos quedamos, aunque quizá sea normal en este tipo de apartamentos. De todos modos muy recomendable.

Quiet and Peaceful

In a good quiet location however would ideally need transport as it's a good 20 minute drive to Sorrento. The room was clean and tidy, if a little basic. The layout of the room is quirky however the stairs are not suitable for young children as there is quite a large gap between the railings and steps.

Personalet fejlinformerede om køb af busbilletter. Vi betalte for parkeringsplads, der var mere end intermistisk! Poolområdet blev hver dag indtaget af horder af ekstremt larmende børn og unge fra lokalområdet.
