“The apartment was clean and had all the necessary cooking / dining equipment. The check in process was a bit convoluted with entry codes only being sent a few days before we arrived. “Lovely apartment, good kitchen, comfy bed. As others have mentioned, the hot water unit makes annoying sounds but it certainly works fine. The steps up to the apartment were lengthy but not a big deal. Having free parking was wonderful! It was also lovely to stroll along the paths through the neighborhood south of the apartment. ”

“Monica and Paolo were amazing, they are great communicators and their place was spotless and modern, exactly like the pics. We stayed in 5 different places during our vacation in Italy, their’s was the best out of all of them. They sent us a list of recommended restaurants in the area, they also came to pick us up from the ferry, to drop off our luggage in the apartment before the check in time while it was being cleaned, and took us back to the ferry when they knew we wanted to explore Varenna……

"We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice ."
