The hotel was full of personality and charm, each room had a different vibe but all were spotless and comfortably furnished. Staff were lovely and friendly and accomodating. Hotel is situated in the heart of the town amongst an array of interesting shops...great place to stay!

Hotel is around 40 mins up a hill from the centre of Carcassone and public transport to get there isn’t good. There isn’t much around there so if you don’t have a car be prepared to get a lot of steps in. The room itself could do with a renovation.

Un apartamento increíble! Nos ha gustado muchísimo!Muy amplio, céntrico, justo enfrente de una plaza con decoración navideña, puestos con tiendecitas, actuvidades para los peques y a 10 minutos andando del castillo.Teníamos altas expectativas y las ha superado.Volveremos.
