「I did not use the kitchen. It is an apartment with a small room and small bathroom. It is not a hotel. I was charged an extra 60 Euros because I did not arrive until 1:00AM. I called the contact person when I arrived but it took time to get the luggage and get the bus which is 1 hour ride to the Centrsl Station in Milan. 「Great stay, really clean, really well furnished except for the apartment being in -1 floor..」

「Not only did we have someone smoking in the room next door, they also were very loud til early in the morning. Management said that the cleaner couldn’t smell smoke. I’m like hello I’m telling you they are. Two nights of smoking was enough. Only provided coffee sachets for 1 night even though we were there 2 nights.」

「Parking on the street and I was lucky to find an open space. Thought it was a hotel when booked but it’s more like a type of AirB&B apartment. Very inconvenient to get in and out with multiple keys and locks. There was a lady yelling in the early morning, could not understanding Italian so have no clue. Would not recommend it unless you have no place else to stay!」
