Cozy Studio Apartment With Park View / Pet-Friendly Neighborhood

Our studio apartment is newly renovated and has it's own private entrance in front of the driveway! Your shared outdoor area will come with a small table and chairs! Inside you have a private spacious living room that comes with a Queen sized Murphy Bed that can be stored away for more space! A Queen sized Pull-Out Sofa bed that can sleep 2, and a 4K 43" Roku TV Connected to reliable internet! The kitchen is equipped with a stove-top, oven, toaster, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishes, pots and pans.

The bathroom was made to impress! Light a candle and relax in the marble tub with a snack or drink! As always we store clean towels after each guest. And if there is anything missing, please contact us 24/7 so we can assist you at any time.

The property was nice clean the pool was big the property owner was very understanding about needing a little later check out because of my daughter in a wheelchair loved it would rent again when I go back to NY

I had a great stay. The owner provided great instructions to certain features in the room, coffee, coffee filters, soap, shampoo. If I had a question it was answered in less than five minutes. If back in town I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Space was clean and exactly as listed. It’s a conversion in the owners home so you will hear people moving around from time to time but mostly you won’t know if they are home. Overall a good stay, would book again.

Great place to stay if you’re visiting family, friends, or just in town to sightsee. The property was well managed, exactly as described & displayed in the photos, and accessible to other boroughs (Bronx, Brooklyn, & Queens). Despite it being attached to the main house, guests still have full privacy of the suite. Would stay here again when possible!
