"I don’t know why the reviews for this hotel were as bad as some had been. I found the room in good condition, the air con wasn’t overly noisy, and the bathroom was of good size and had all the amenities in good condition. There were many towels and toiletries left for guests, which was appreciated, and mosquito plugs, though sadly not the inserts for them, which we had to buy as there was at least 1 mosquito in the room which we’d noticed. My only complaint was that the floor didn’t seem to have been cleaned as it felt gritty underfoot, and left the feet dirty looking only from walking in the room. Also I wish I’d been informed upon booking about the additional tourist fee not being included in the taxes upon booking, as we were unaware and hadn’t factored this in to our budget"

"Good location on quiet street only 5 min. walk from shops, cafes, restaurants. 10 min. walk from central train station.Hotel is old fashioned but well maintained, we stayed in an annexe to the rear of the property having been moved from our original room.Breakfast was the usual fayre, room was good size with large bathroom, all in all would recommend."

"We thoroughly loved our trip to Pisa and this hotel. You couldn’t ask for a better located hotel to see all that Pisa has to offer. Our room was modest but more than adequate for the two of us. It could get noisy at night but that was mostly the other guests and not the hotels fault. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend!"

"Very nice hotel in a central location close to the tower. Approximately 20 minute walk to the rail station. Convenient location for restaurants. Experienced some noise from the street outside during the night but actually relatively quiet for such a central location. Nice traditional room, bathroom good. Wide variety of food at breakfast with something to satisfy most diets. The rooftop bar and restaurant is a real plus, affording excellent views over the city and beyond. Would stay here again if I was to return."

"Great location near the beach, nice and relaxing. We went as a family (4 children) so room were great, we got the two bedroom with two bathrooms, which is more than sufficient - everyone was happy. Loved breakfast and we did eat at the restaurant, food was plentiful. They had spa facilities, gym and an indoor heated pool unfortunately could not use as we didn't book in advance (pro tip to book when you reserve). There is also an outdoor pool and bikes available to go around. If you have a car there is ample parking available as well."

"The breakfast was fantastic! The staff made us fresh eggs every day. The buffet was large and varied. The room was large and very comfortable. We had a great view of the beach and sea shore. The front desk staff were very helpful with advice. We enjoyed our stay."
