“This property is extremely unique! It’s incredibly serene, totally clean, and beautiful, the interior design is wonderful, amazing!! she’s wonderful at communicating with you, and guide you through the check-in process. She helped us book a boat ride we wanted to do, and she also organized dinner reservations and transportation for us. We had no rental car, so that was really helpful. We did not participate in any of the spa offerings, but that was only because we were only there two nights. We……

“This is a unique find, we enjoyed the history of the property. Typical Italian streets to maneuver to get to the huge villa and the gate entrance is tricky with a bigger vehicle. The villa rental part is just a portion of the house but plenty of room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Kitchen good but if you want breakfast order in advance. English is not one of the owners languages but he uses phone to translate. There are no laundry facilities as stated on expedia but the owner generously……

“Zeer net en ruim appartement. Heel rustig gelegen.

The boat is located in a small campsite with a small bar/restaurant and pool use for free. Friendly and very helpful staff. There is a water park close by and the lovely small town of Sesto Calende with shops, bars and restaurants is only 15-20 minutes walk away. Great short stay with the family”
