「Property was beautiful, front desk staff was friendly and professional, room was very clean and comfortable, location was great for our next day departure from TIA. Disappointed that sauna was not working. Bar and restaurant staff were less than friendly and told us we could not order room service (even though front desk said of course we could). The hotel was hosting a birthday party in the pool area and the f&b staff claimed to be too busy to help us. Difficult to believe that a hotel of this...

「The airport is extremely close to the airport. It’s barely a three (3) minute walk from the arrival terminal to the reception of the hotel. No need to take taxi/cab, just take left when come out of the terminal. The property is certainly Best Western, an American chain of the hotels. Tea, 500 ml, and coffee is complimentary available in the room.」

「Needed a place to stay after a late flight into Tirana airport, and this fit the bill perfectly. Can see it from the airport exit, late check-in available and the room was spotless. We arrived late for breakfast the following morning as they were closing up, but what was available was enough to fuel us for a drive to the coast.」

「Nerium Garden Inn is a perfect place to stay for the end of our wonderful trip. The entire building including the rooms were very clean and modern sleek. The staff was really so helpful with everything - even getting us to the airport at 4:00 in the morning for our early flight. And there was even a quaint restaurant next door for some good traditional dinner. Thank you Genti, Hilda, and Loki.」

「Everything was fine, not perfect but good. The only thing I didn't like was the amount of noise I heard while sleeping from bothering the road closeby and also some other guests, so I would say it's quit noisy but overal, especially with the place, view and nice staff, I would say it's worthit」
