“My husband and I loved our stay at this location. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Hotel was quiet and has a great view in the back of the cross up in the mountain. We are recommending this location to our family and friends and looking forward to staying here again when visiting Matagalpa in the future. ”

“The ad says washer and dryer but when you get there they tell you it's not for guests but you can use it. I used it for one wash and it took all the water in the tank so for the rest of the day we had no water. They came to fix it and it took until 10pm the following day. The owner of the property Sebastian then claimed we were not supposed to use the washer and it was our fault the water ran out. My shirt and underwear were ruined because of sludge pumped into the washer. The owner Sebastian……
