"I have stayed at many properties in Matagorda and this is by far my favorite! I actually went to rebook for August and sadly it is booked for my dates. Blayne is a great host and super responsive with questions. We had a great time and will definitely stay here in the future!"

"The host was very responsive and communication was great. The house was as described and we enjoyed our stay and the easy walk to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and there were very few people on the beach. The only down side was the aggressive mosquitos but the host did prepare us for that."

"I enjoyed this sweet little beach house with my two golden retrievers. We had a lovely time! The house was comfortable and the walk to the beach was not bad! We ended up driving onto the beach because it was easier with the dogs. This little house was just perfect!!"

"Great property within a very short walk to beach. We used the property while there to participate in a fishing tournament. It has everything needed on site, so hassle free after a long on the water fishing. You can park your boat on the property in front of the house which is great. Neighborhood is quiet and there is a gate requiring a code to get into the community. The check in process was a breeze."

"As advertised. Priced appropriately. No hot water in kitchen and no water pressure in one bathroom sink…none, so could not use it. It was great though for what we wanted place for. Clean place to sleep and rest and hang out. Big fish in the pond."
