「We had a wonderful stay at this bach. Steve was absolutely lovely—friendly, welcoming, and a pleasure to deal with. Communication was excellent from start to finish, making everything easy and stress-free. Their hospitality really stood out and made us feel right at home. Had to get cleaners back to clean properly, remotes missing for fans in bedrooms, spa pool cover lifter broken and pool had a tidemark, swimming pool not clean, and pool area not swept, struts not in place under bunk beds mattress, under beds have not been hoovered and washing line broken.
