「The owners are the only staff there. They don’t clean the room during the stay, an open dog is wandering all around and nobody cared to fasten the dog belt. It does have a pool but u will have to gain the owner’s permission in order to use it, hence it’s more like a decoration. 3 rooms share a lobby which is the only access to a fridge. Strongly don’t suggest any Asian fellows to stay. 」

「This is a very perfect mansion which is both classic and modern. I’m surprised that even the towels are put on a heating rack. We love the food a lot, both dinner and breakfast. Fresh ingredients and nicely cooked by the host! Host is very nice and introduced us to sheep feeding. Thanks for lending us a HDMI cable as well since our laptop’s monitor is not functioning well and we need to connect it to the TV.」

「The Shed was roomy and comfortable with great entertainment (pool table, games, tv, books, feeding the animals), good breakfast provided, a lovely park next door and so close to town (lots of dining options) and also handy to Hobbiton, golf, hot pools. Maria was an amazing host who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and was so helpful with our dogs - we really enjoyed our stay.」

「We arrived at this cute home after 24 hours of travel. We were so exhausted and were going to go out to dinner but had zero energy. We realized the owner had left us some staple groceries including a loaf of bread, and jelly. I had packed a tub of peanut butter and some chips in my luggage so we had the best PBJs and relaxed! Bonus there was even a bottle of wine in the fridge :) The view around the back was spectacular.」
