「Spacious and extremely clean room but there is no enclosed shower or bathtub that makes the toilet floor all wet every time after shower. Overall nice and friendly hotel staff with good and immediate service. Food from the hotel is good especially salad, seafood and the fruit smoothies!」

「The staff are wonderful but that’s the highlight. The basics are MIA - examples include our room not being made up at all on two occasions, having no towels for the pool available on four of the seven days we stayed (our longest wait was close to an hour), being told we could have an extended check out but then told no when we came back to pay. Food is average and the drinks are expensive. They had happy hour for the World Cup - two for one local beers (26 Tala), we can get imported beers for...

「The staff were friendly on arrival but there was a mix up in rooms we were assigned to. We had to move within a couple of hours after we checked in but that was well taken care of. However, when we called to see if there was availability for the tennis courts we were told to come to the activities desk but I wasn’t sure where that was located so I went to reception who then called another staff member and told me to wait 5 minutes and they should be out to help me.
