“Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... “Very quiet, amazing property. Our room had two bedrooms, three toilets, full kitchen with dishwasher and coffee maker. Dining room. With terrace seating for eight. All built on the site of a 12th century monistary. Restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast. Views from every window. Would make for amazing family holiday. You need a vehicle!”

“We had a wonderful stay. Apartment was clean, stylish and well equipped. Owner lives on the property but is discreet and helpful when needed. Access to wine in the basement is clever and very convenient. Location of property is ideal, with beautiful view of the Marche hills and easy access to Serra de Conti (10 min walk). Ideal also for excursions to other medieval towns (many within 30 minutes) and of course the beautiful beach of Senigallia where I was impressed by the quality of food served……
