「This property was amazing, one of the best properties we have ever stayed at! It was clean and spacious, exactly as advertised. The staff was great, the chef made amazing meals, the property manager (Donna) was really great - she set up tours, dinner reservations and gave us some great recommendations for activities and things to do. I would highly recommend this place, it was truly special!! 」

「We had mostly unfortunate weather during our stay in Matemwe, which was a shame (and please note that the rain does not enter the villa, even during heavy storms, unlike one previous reviewer's comments). But the villa is stunning, Matemwe as a location is the least spoilt and developed of all the main beaches in the north of Zanzibar, and Natalia is a wonderful host. The photos don't really do it justice. The beachfront location means that when the sun is out, the best place to be is lying on...

「I loved the stay, the veranda with sea view was great. We had some trouble finding hot water and what was called a swimmingpool was a joke. But everyone was kind, breakfastplace calm and friendly, and the fruit and food was great. I would rather stay at Aluna than in the more posh part of the city.」

「Vi hade lite svårt att hitta hotellet och var tveksamma när vi väl kom rätt. Men när vi väl kom in så var det fantastiskt. Bra rum, perfekt läge på stranden och helt fantastisk personal. Vi ville komma tillbaka till detta hotell men det var fullbokat」
