The room was excellent, bed was so comfortable that we slept in on our 1st night, leaving only 1 and a half hours to get ready for a wedding we were going to. Staff very friendly and helpful and room was clean we stayed in the family room which was great breakfast was good there was a good selection - downside there was a lot of noise from outside which went on until 2- 3 in the morning.

Check in process at the hotel was quick and easy and the apartment was really nice. Location really convenient, most places are walkable but right next to the metro if not. Would definitely return

Short staffed for new year period, one employee told us not use drawing room for pre dinner drinks, as not enough staff to manage. Dinner service on 2nd Jan not great, 45mins for pudding - “chef was flustered” - pudding was taken off the bill.
