"If I say the hotel stay felt like home away from home, it won't justify it. The Stay at work hotel goes beyond that....the staff makes sure you feel like you have known them all your life with their extra attentive support and service. "The hotel closes its bar on top floor, so if you don't want to order room service, there is only a small cafe at ground floor you can have the food. The floor of my room was not as clean as I assumed. Maybe they forgot to mop the floor? One black hair was found on the fresh towel provided. The room is spacious, and the breakfast has a good variety of food served."

"Very basic rooms and unwelcoming reception staff: Swan tower Novo Hamburgo is said to be a 4 star hotel from the outside and in the lobby but it lacks the very basic room amenities such as a bathrobe, a pair of disposable slippers, an iron and a simple coffee jug- no 4am coffee lol unless you called over the phone (paid extra) and that would probably be a bother understandably. Bar looked amazing but it was a real struggle to get anyone to help. Always empty and unattended. Rooms were VERY basic...
