「The doors were all broken and just stayed opened. There is no elevator on the property. The breakfast is poor in that it’s just cereal and waffles. The outlet placement in the room is bizarre, like right over the headboard. The manager didn’t even tell us what time breakfast was-I was supposed to read it on the key card. And speaking of key card-it deactivated (which the manager says happens all the time) so we had to run back downstairs, outside and to the front desk. The bed was very hard and...

「The grout in the bathroom was crumbling apart so as I was getting ready in the morning my feet were getting full of grout pieces. Not great on the upkeep of the rooms」

「the review at Best Western did good, clean and personal. Clean room did good job but missed one thing was when I drop dirty towels by door. maid did not bring clean the towels after dropping them off by door. Breakfast was good but need to add some breakfast.」

「I had called the day before about needing one of my rooms to be a pet friendly room. They were not helpful so when we got to the hotel the next day they didn’t have any pet friendly rooms clean so we had to wait another 30 minutes. Also, I am a Comfort Choice hotel member and they wouldn’t help me get credit for the stay.」

「First, they accused my husband of smoking in the room over the phone so without even entering the room and also after seeing him outside smoking and asking him then to complete check in procedure since we arrived after normal check in the night before. We are a black family so draw your own conclusions not to mention we have a 5yr old with asthma in our room as well..but ok. The room itself wasnt too bad.
