    This beautiful detached house is located in the immediate vicinity of the Matulji exit of the A7 motorway, in a quiet location in a side street with little traffic, right at the entrance to Opatija. Apartment A3 is located on the ground floor and has a separate entrance / exit. So there is the possibility to use this apartment separately, each for 2 persons, or together with flat A2 - e.g. befriended couples, or families with adult children, to use. It is furnished for 2 adults and there is the possibility to add a baby bed. Your landlady lives in one of the other flats and will be happy to help you with advice and tips on request.

    Flat 3 has a 6 m2 terrace and over 50 m2 of lawn which is only allocated to this apartment. Guests can use the parasol, seating area and sun loungers, and the 1000 m2 garden is available to all guests on request.
    Each apartment has its own car park and is free of charge for our guests.

    It is equipped for 2 adults and it is possible to add a baby bed. It has a bedroom with French double beds (160x200), a shower/toilet, a kitchen (2 hotplates, sink, refrigerator) with dining area (table with 4 chairs and showcase), as well as a 6 m2 terrace, and over 50m2 of lawn which is only available to this apartment. So there is the possibility to use this apartment separately, each for 2 people, e.g. befriended couples, or families with adult children. All flats are equipped with central heating, air conditioning, toaster, kettle, microwave, safe, hairdryer and iron. The bathroom is beautifully decorated with light-coloured tiles and equipped with a shower, washbasin and WC. There is also a separate entrance/exit to the terrace.

    The house is situated between two centres, Opatija and Matulji. The good location allows good and fast connection to the motorway A7, thus also to the airport Rijeka on island Krk (37,5km). In the neighbourhood are: Sports grounds, two sports halls, cycle paths, old town Volosko, old town Kastav, good restaurants, ice cream parlours, pubs, hotels, shopping facilities, diving, sailing, boat hire, excursions, hiking to Ucka Park.

    The house is located on a slope and a 17% steep road leads to it (like all in the neighbourhood). Therefore a car is necessary. To the beach it goes down and there is partly a footpath. You can reach the beach on foot within 10 minutes . travel cot for children is available for an extra charge . wifi is everywhere and free of charge . massage can be organised by the resort if required . bicycles can be hired from a rental shop for an extra charge . transfer to the airport can be arranged for an extra charge.
