"The accomodation is only a 5-7 minute walk from the main town which had plenty of choice for food. The rooms were clean and a good size and our motorbikes were secure in the car park located right next to our rooms"

"I booked my stay through hotels.com and paid the hotel in advance. However, the hotel charged me full price when I checked out. I have emailed the hotel and they say they haven't received a payment before. They told me to send a proof of payment, which I did. I sent them a detailed receipt but they said it wasn't enough. After that they just stopped responding to me. I should not even have to send them a receipt. Hotels.com are trying to fix this for me, but the hotel staff are all struggling...
