Solitude
I bought this weekend to force my husband to unplug (his work won’t leave him alone…they call day and night). Totally remote and beautiful! If you are looking for quiet, this is it. Cabin was beautiful. Very small shower (don’t drop anything). Very small kitchen (bring easy prep meals). Comfortable bed. We will stay here again for sure!

We really enjoyed it!!
We went with another couple (4 adults total) and we really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere in the wilderness of Indiana. Really cute 2 br cabin, new hot tub was fantastic (for 2 people at a time) Nice big front porch with great seating for 4. Nice fire pit and grill. Our only challenge was the kitchen. It’s the smallest kitchen I’ve ever seen. I don’t think it’s accurate to list it as a “full” kitchen, it just isn’t. It’s a (one person at a time) kitchen. We made it work, but it was a bit difficult with only one person in the kitchen at a time. Overall this place gets a 9.5 just don’t plan to do a lot of cooking.

Peaceful and relaxing
The property is nestled in nature. It was wonderful not to hear any sounds of the city just rustling of trees. The hot tub was just right. It’s only a 20 minute drive to downtown Corydon. Quaint little shops, brew pub and ice cream parlor. Overall would recommend.

Girls Weekend
We enjoyed the hot tub with its peaceful surroundings as well as the wildlife. It was secluded but close enough to drive into town for dining. Would definitely visit again. Kitchen is small but we weren't preparing meals there, so it worked well for us. the only negative thing I have to say is the shower is so small that you cannot get out of the stream of water as you are washing but otherwise the cabin is very nice and well cared for.

A great place to get away and relax
The cabin has everything we needed. On our way there I realized we forgot paper towels (not a huge deal of course) however when we arrived the cabin was supplied with them! A small detail but a great example of the ease and relaxation the cabin provides. The only thing that was slightly off putting was having to take the garbage bags to the end of the lane after our stay. I didnt really like putting full trash bags in the car. But really we had a wonderful time and would recommend it to others.

Lovely cabin in the woods
Everything was as listed in the description. It was idyllic set in the woods and a lovely little cabin. I would only suggest either bringing your own fans for the 2 bedrooms for air circulation. We went when it was in the 90’s and the AC worked great- just a fan in the bedrooms would be perfect to circulate the air (especially up in the loft) other than my personal cooling preferences, it couldn’t have been a more perfect stay in a perfect setting!! Thank you to the owners!!!

This was a relaxing and beautiful spot to set up for us. We were headed to Louisville each day and it was nice to come back to this spot. The cabin was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was nice and we enjoyed the fire pit. I will definitely stay again if in this area!

Great weekend getaway
Comfortable and cozy cabin for two people. Only drawback is kitchen is quite small. Stove/oven is very small. I would not plan on cooking very much but for just a weekend it was great. Very secluded in the woods. Quiet with just nature around you. Whether in the hot tub or on the front porch, we felt very comfortable and alone. It was great.

Quiet weekend away
We wanted somewhere that was private and quiet. A place to just get away from it all for a weekend and this place delivered. We never saw another person. It was clean, cute, and had almost everything we needed. The few things I would let others know about are: the hot tub is not as private as it looks in the pictures. This could have been a huge issue for us, as we specifically wanted a private hot tub area, but we were extremely lucky and were the only ones there for the weekend. The cabin next door was empty, so we didn't need to worry about privacy. If someone were staying in the cabin next door though, they can see right onto the back porch and the hot tub from their back porch. The fire pit area is great, but they don't provide wood, fire starter, or fire place tools. This wasn't an issue for us, as we brought firewood but I did need a poker or something similar and some fire starter and didn't think to bring those. Other than those two small issues, we loved it and plan to come back with the kiddos in the future. I suggest checking out Brandenburg if you are looking for dinner. Corydon is cute, but we found more options in Brandenburg and it was closer.

This cabin was amazing. Quiet, cozy and peaceful. Beds were so comfortable. This place has a old time rustic charm. My best friend lives in Ky we met in the middle to spend the weekend catching up and relaxing. The hot tub felt so good after a day of shopping. Close to town for stores and restaurants. Perfect place. Will recommend this place. I will come back to stay again.

Took my wife here for a weekend getaway for Valentine’s Day. The Cabin was tucked away in the woods. This made for some beautiful morning sunrises and sun sets. The cabin and property were clean and nicely upkeep. We really enjoyed our stay.

The kitchen was very small and a bit of a challenge to use. The oven is pretty old and not the best to use. Hot water was in short supply as well. Other than a few small things here and there though it was a pleasant and quiet place to stay.

Literally - The Perfect spot for a secluded cabin weekend getaway with just the right level of amenities. In a 2 night stay, despite some rain, we were able to take advantage of everything from the fire pit, cornhole boards, front porch seating to the super clean and nice hot tub. Highly recommend.

The place was just as described! We came to celebrate a BIRTHDAY and relax. It was nice sitting on the porch and being in the hot tub. Took long walks. The only set back was we couldn't bring our boy(german shepherd) he would have loved it. Thank you for such a lovely stay. We hope to do this again.

We used this cabin for our semi annual girls trip, and it ticked all the boxes for our needs. We enjoyed feeling secluded but being a short drive from anything we wanted to get into. Highly recommend visiting O’Bannon Woods for a day of hiking! Lockbox worked great for a hassle-free check in. Thanks for a great stay!

We had an absolutely blast staying here. It was close enough for us to go to Louisville a couple of days but it was far enough away and SO peaceful to have that getaway. Loved the hot tub and having campfires...HIGHLY recommend this cabin!
