「This is a lovely cottage in a nice location to explore Connemara and the Aran Islands. 」

「Our family of 8 (4 couples) really enjoyed our stay in Doolin. The Cottage is in a great location and the property manager did communicate with us when we had a problem with cold showers (we didn't know what time that the water heater would be on). Doolin is very walkable and the cottage had a great game selection for our family. No real grocery store in town so pick up groceries before you arrive. We did miss an actual coffee maker, but the French press worked for a few cups. 」

「Was situated just right to be able to travel around and visit all the must see sites in Connemara. Road was busy at certain times but didnt distract from the peaceful area. Would definitely need a car, but plenty of parking at the house and free parking available at all visitor sites.」

「Beautiful property. There is a small grocery store and pub just a short walk away. The showers were particularly nice - hot and great water pressure - and you appreciate this all the more if you’ve spent the day out in the wind and rain. A short drive to Doolin and the Cliffs. Would definitely recommend this property. 」

Washing machine is a big plus for a family on the move. Very convenient for getting the ferry to Aran Islands, quick trip to the cliffs of Moher and the Doolin caves. Pubs just a five minute drive. 「It was a little tough to find the place, but once I did the stay was great. The owner lives in a new house on the lake and rents out the bottom floor to guests. James was very helpful in getting me settled. Everything is new and up to date. The place is a couple miles outside Oughterard village so you probably need a car to best enjoy the place 」

「We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. Marion has thought of every detail to make the visit special (the kitchen was perfect) and the place was so clean! The views were beautiful and the pups and horses were a special treat!」
