「My wife and our son stayed 2 nights in the flat while attending ULL orientation. Location is close to everything you need…campus…downtown…great places to eat, all within a short distance. The 2br layout with private full baths work out great. The place was clean and Tyler was easy to work with. This will be our go to when coming to visit our son at ULL.」

「The perfect little modern farmhouse! 10 minutes from Festival International, but felt like a fairytale. We couldn't have asked for more! Amazing secluded spot in a residential neighborhood. The best of a central location while feeling miles away. Host was attentive and kind. 」

You can tell a lot of thought and care was put into to it make sure you have the best possible experience. The mattress and pillows were comfortable, which is not what we've seen at most other B&Bs. 「If you’re looking for a place to stay in New Iberia, stop searching and book Chateau Royale. Great location, extremely nice and comfortable. Perfect place to spend a few days relaxing! The covered porch is a great place to sit and watch the bayou. Really enjoyed our stay can’t say enough good things about the property and owners! 」

「This is a very cool place that has everything. This getaway place is near the city but feels like it is at a campground. We loved the 2 different houses and the outdoor area with the firepit. It has plenty of parking, space to relax and 2 kitchens that has ample supplies. Check-in and out was convenient as well. We brought some extra chairs and enjoyed sitting by the river which was nice. I'd definitely recommend staying here to enjoy some rest & relaxation. 」
