"Didnt have breakfast"

"My only major complaint was when we were checking out/ moving suitcases back down to the elevators, the cleaning cart takes up more than half of the hallway making it impossible to get passed. I ended up having to walk halfway around the building with the luggage cart. I am also confused as to why the handicap rooms were on the 4th floor."

"The breakfast was okay. Not poor but not great. Parking was easy. The staff was barely around. "

"Hot breakfast items need some change. Scrambled eggs and bacon would have been a nice alternative to "omelette" and sausage every day. Some type of sweet rolls ,cake, cookie, would be nice too. Larger cereal bowls. Staff, especially Jose, was great."

"The room only had one pillow in it and staff was not able to provide additional pillows. The room felt like a prison with pale blue walls and florescent lights on the wall."
