“When I first arrived there was nobody at front desk and there was customers in front of me waiting for help. I had to call the front desk in order for somebody to finally come up to the front desk to help .. then the First room I got was pee stain mattress pads on both beds, it was pee stain that matched up on the mattresses so it was the top sheet that was only changed it looked like it looked like also mold on the mattresses…
there was no elevator so I had to carry all my belongings up stairs……
