“Het welkom was heel goed. Fabrizio is een fijne betrokken host. Flexibel met onze wensen en snel met reageren op vragen. Het huisje was ook perfect voor ons. Een zeer goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Alles was schoon en compleet. Mooie plek als uitvalsbasis met kinderen als je een auto hebt en van rust houdt.”

“Overall the accommodation was just ok, but for a property sleeping 10 people, it’s very basic. The furnishings have seen better days the two of the double beds were not good the place is lacking in basics like crockery and even utensils. Thankfully Ikea was close by and we had purchased items The villa is lacking in the kitchen, one travel kettle which was faulty. We missed that there was no dishwasher and oven until we had booked. The layout is quirky but not greatly comfortable with a dining……

“Stunning villa on outskirts of a lovely fishing village El Cotillo, plenty of bars and restaurants. Own pool was amazing and we loved lounging in the garden. Bedrooms all spacious and well furnished. Kitchen and facilities super. Great communication throughout stay, would highly recommend. Very peaceful area but only 6 minutes or so to great beaches, supermarkets. Bars, shops. Car required but roads excellent and easy to drive and get around. A really great holiday. ”

“Pros: Hemos estado 9 días y nos ha encantado todo!! Esta en una urbanización muy tranquila, estaba súper limpia y se descansa increíble porque los colchones son comodisimos, la casa está super equipada, no falta de nada!!! Para nosotros la ubicación también ha estado genial porque al tener coche de alquiler nos movíamos por toda la isla y está cerca de muchas tiendas y restaurantes (10-15min) y la piscina está cerca y encima siempre hay poca gente y practicamente te bañas siempre solo y super……

Das Haus ist vernachlässigt, es mangelt massiv an Hygiene und Service.Küche & Haushaltsgeräte: Die Kaffeemaschine war im Innen- und Scharnierbereich durch das aggressive Leitungswasser komplett verkrustet, fleckig und unhygienisch – einfach eklig. Die Waschmaschine wirkte so unsauber, dass wir sie vor der Nutzung erst bei 90 Grad leer waschen……

Ubicada en Villaverde, en la zona más alta del pueblo, alejada del bullicio de las zonas más turísticas de la isla pero relativamente cerca de Corralejo y El Cotillo, es ideal para pasar unos días en familia.
