Great, almost immediate communication. Gorgeous view and beach access. We enjoyed the quiet and private area of Maya Beach. Rooms were large and comfortable. We loved our time there!

Hot tub was freezing cold, not a HOT tub. Pillow cases were all dirty. Not what I expected with a luxury experience. Everything else was as expected. But was disappointed in the few things.
