“I absolutely loved the location of the cabin. The view from the terrace was mesmerizing, a very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The lake was just a few steps away from our rooms. The rooms were equipped with AC's but one of the ACs wasn’t working, the kitchen was fully equipped, two full bathrooms but no towels, no wifi, no warm water. Communication with host could've been better as he sent instructions on how to access the property until the "day of" as I was on the phone with customer service.……

“All the amenities and service were exceptional. The location and setting is so perfect if you are a nature lover. It feels like camping in the wild with modern amenities, convenience and luxury. The staff are so well trained and care!”

“The room and amenities are just as described. Due to the location and infrastructure of the island/inlet (isla de flores) they seem to get a lot of electrical issues often. We visited when the weather was above 30 degrees Celsius, and on the first night, our AC stopped working. The staff initially stated that the mechanical workers couldn't come until the morning to fix the problem, but the room got unbearably hot without AC. Thankfully, the night hotel staff tried until they were able to reset……

“The staff at this resort go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. It's the small things like remembering your name, if you take your coffee with cream or if you prefer a a certain sauce with every meal. If you need anything to your room someone answers promptly and takes it quickly. Everyone is so kind and the resort is simply amazing. Highly recommend to stay here. Elmer, Alex and Edwin the driver are great! ”

“Beautiful hotel in the middle of the jungle. Easy check in and out, friendly staff, they accept credit cards. The little house is spacious, has A/C, TV, working wifi, warm water, free parking. Would definitely recommend this place ”
