This facility is well worn. Exterior carpeting is old and dirty. Entry door not well sealed. Bath sink was not cleaned properly in the bowl. Shower soap and shampoo pumps (in shower) were empty. The check in process was confusing. It is understandabke that the company needs to be protective of its location, but it's hard for the patrons to schedule events if they don't know where they will be lodging when they arrive in an unfamiliar place.
