"I love the property as I have stayed there before. The only reason that it got a bad rating from me is that I was not informed until we arrived, that the pool was out of order. I would have preferred to have been told before we arrived. Due to this, we did not stay and found alternative accommodation with a pool. Please fix it, K.S. "I have continued to use this hotel atleast once a year. Owner and staff are friendly. I like the location. There is a 7-eleven 300 m away. Centrally located. No bottles of water. But the room price is inexpensive. Might not work for everyone but works for me."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful at the front desk. Room cleaning was not great. The shelves and drawers in the room were filthy with dust and dead bugs. I moved the small sofa out only to discover that beneath it was a collection of dirt, bugs and hair. The bathroom has a bathtub, but their water heater doesn't produce enough hot water to fill it. You end up with a tub of lukewarm water. Removing your keycard kills all of the power to the room, so don't leave anything important in the...
