“Room 335, it's almost like they set aside a lemon for us. Ac didn't work well, whole 3rd floor was hot as well. The bathroom fan wasn't working. The tv remote didn't operate the tv.”

“Clean and comfort”

“Clean, room was new and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was disappointing.”

“The staff was welcoming and very helpful. The only issue I had was; (1) the tub was peeling and (2) there was an odor in the hallway. Like dirty carpet or a mildew smell.”

“The whole place is overdue for updating, by at least 10 years. There's one room that they show for pictures, but that's the only one! Plugs fall out of sockets, shower head goes everywhere, lumpy bed, no fridge/microwave or hair dryer, and the absolute kicker is your key doesn't work more than once per day! I had to go to the office for a new key every night. Maintenance had to do it once as well. If you can avoid this place DO IT!”

“The facility was extremely clean & well maintained. We were the only people staying on the property (no staff) so that was different. Instructions were clear for accessing our room, etc.”

“The hotel is in need of repair. The lampshade next to the bed had a fist sized hole in it, there was a large hole in the carpet by the door, the carpet in front of the bathroom had tape on it to hold it down. The hotel lost power twice in the five days we were there. I expected better from the Marriott brand.”

“Not fancy, but functional. All necessary amenities present and working correctly. Reasonably recently renovated. Seems to have many long-term residents, but they weren't any kind of problem. Minor nits: could use a second chair, elevator slow, mattress slides on platform bed at little too easily. Very good value for the price.”

“The wallpaper was peeling in the room and hallways. The hallways were dark and not air conditioned. Everything was old and in need of repair. The restaurant wasn't open and the breakfast was a small pastry in a to-go box. The pool was freezing and cloudy. The TV was very small and not streaming services adaptable. There is also no microwave in the rooms. I was there two nights and never saw house keeping. Aurora is a nice neighborhood, this hotel might have been nice 20 years ago but not now.”
