「Hi, what a nice place and excellent location. We didn't use the hot tub but what a fantastic feature. And the bottle of wine was very nice too.Christina is a great host and so friendly and communicative. My brother has mobility issues and the home was so accommodating for him to get in and out easily and move around. All around a great stay.」

「Place was clean, quiet, and well equipped for what we needed for almost a week. It was close to the train station so we could ride the commuter rail into Boston, and to the highways(95+93). Communication with the host was good and she even helped with altering our booking through vrbo when we had a minor change in plans.」

「Nice Appartement!Bus round the corner, very quiet!」

「Awesome little apartment. One of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in !」

「We had a pleasant day in this unit. We liked the coffee choices (makers and ingredients). Very well equipped kitchen with thoughtfully chosen items -- good stuff and not just a collection of yard sale junk. Great linens, comfortable bed. Owner was easy to reach and communicated effectively, and remedied the few minor issues that came up during our stay. Walkable neighborhood with a few good local food choices. Basement laundry was a bit off-putting and the stairway down was tricky at best....

「1. No means of making ice cubes. 2. No indication that the bathroom was not on the same floor as the bedrooms (I wound up sleeping on the couch so I didn't have to risk the stairs in the middle of the night. 3. The neighbors in the adjoining property (possibly the owner's family) were quite noisy.4. Lack of prompt response to questions. On the other hand, it was clean, nicely appointed and convenient for my destinations.」

「Great place, clean, well maintained and centrally located. Excellent and timely communication.」
