「This was a fabulous surprise. This little motel with parking at your front door was so clean and comfortable. The people at the front desk, which I believe may have been the owners, were marvelous. The morning we were to check out I had a vertigo attack. My husband and I were both very stressed And the gentleman at the front desk was amazing. He let us stay as long as we needed to without any extra charge. I would stay at this place every time I go by Perry, Florida. 」

「The night clerk was willing to accept the price for the room as it was on Expedia, however the price was $80. The night clerk explained he was not making money from a $38 rate. The room was nice and cleaned but the area outside could be cleaned up since a section of the hotel is for weekly rentals.」
