「The staff at Bernese Resort was very friendly and promptly attended to our needs. Staff were cleaning all the time , they’ve been there since place started operation.The kitchen staff were so nice , even served us our favorite breakfast on our last day.My only complaint is there’s no place for us to put our bathroom supplies but overall I will recommend the resort.」

「Yes clean room, gracious staffs…nice stay and good food too… except television is a little blurry? But over all stay is very good! Legazpi is a beautiful place to explore! Thanks for making our stay meaningful and enjoyable! Tour group was excellent as well! 」

「The room was very good—clean, comfortable bedding, and spacious enough. A refrigerator would’ve been a nice touch, but it wasn’t essential. Shower pressure and temperature control were excellent. The hotel handled a 6:00 AM power outage impressively, switching to diesel backup within 5 minutes and later to solar. WiFi was fast enough for most needs.
