L hotel a suo tempo sarà stato grandioso ma oggi è letteralmente un grande mosaico che perde pezzi, offre tanti servizi ma tutti di qualità scadente, tutto datato è usurato. Dico solo che si spaccia per un 4**** S, e poi ti offre durante la colazione (già scadente di suo) il caffè della macchinetta, avete letto bene il caffè si fa alla macchinetta, perché quello fatto dal barista è un extra.

Inconvenienti di ogni tipo (dal cambio stanza notturno causa blatta e al successivo cambio il giorno dopo senza alcun aiuto da parte dello staff) alla colazione a buffet (non di altissima qualità) consumata all'aperto, sotto il sole e attaccati dalle mosche. Servizio ristorante lentissimo. Poca attenzione al cliente in generale. Servizi non all'altezza di un 4 stelle. In generale ha disatteso le grandi aspettative che avevamo alla prenotazione.

La prima colazione con frutta siciliana di almeno una settimana prima. personale eccellente la struttura necessita di manutenzione Le lenzuola e la biancheria da bagno (ad eccezione degli accappatoi) non era all'altezza di un 4 stelle, sia come qualità che come morbidezza di lavaggio. la moquette della stanza in alcuni punti presentava delle macchie. ottima la spa anche se con supplemento di costo.

Pleasing decor with spa facilities.

Large comfortable bed and the hotel had pleasing decor. The Bar and restaurant facilities are my reason for the liw score . Bar and restaurant were disappointing. Barman did not appear have any ice . Worst Margarita cocktail I have ever had. It was warm and barman explained the bar did not have any llimes or lemons. At breakfast on second morning we were told teabags and butter were finished. Waiter told us there would be butter ‘ tomorrow’ . Dinner was a set menu of two choices and no choice at all for dessert. There is a pizzeria nearby but apart from that no choice but to use the hotel restaurant or take a taxi into town. Lady at check in was friendly but apart from that staff appeared disinterested. At breakfast on the first morning the waiter moved us from the table we had chosen and bluntly told us to sit with a group of Americans. He assumed we were part of the group. Easy to mistake to make ...if we were American . On check out the receptionist answered the phone while she was checking us out and didn’t even look up when she said ‘bye’ . We did not use the spa facilities having booked the hotel as a comfortable base for sight seeing however it seemed like an extensive choice of treatments were on offer.

Used to be ..

This hotel obviously used to be something pretty special, the grounds are lovely and the architecture is enticing. There are lovely fountains and a beautiful pool area. Sadly, the entire thing feels worrn, crumbling, dusty and musty, and as though it saw its highpoint twenty or thirty years ago.. I wouldn't stay here again, but maybe visit it as you would a museum. As a side note, the staff were far from welcoming and their "suites" are nothing more than a written overpriced small room with a balcony.

Fantastic hotel in Mazara del Vallo

We had the most amazing time at this hotel thanks to its owner who understood our particular needs and went the extra mile to accommodate us. Having the owner of the hotel actually working along the rest of the staff made all the difference, as she made sure that everything was done to make us feel comfortable, relaxed and happy.

Nous avions reservé pour 3 , un couple et un enfant , et on nous a facturé un lit supplémentaire pour 40€/nuit !!! Un peu abusif. L'hôtel est superbe , mais vue sa catégorie necessite une bonne rénovation. Les faïences de la piscine , qui sont decolees et restées au fond, ont blessée ma fille et moi-même.....

Hotel mit schönem Zimmer

Sehr schönes Hotel mit grosszügigen Zimmern. Für ausserhalb der Saison ist empfehlenswert zu fragen, ob das Restaurant geöffnet hat. Wir hatten Pech und es war an einem Abend zu. Zum Glück hatten wir ein Auto und konnten woanders hin. Ausserdem war der Pool nicht inklusive, weil wir via Hotels.com gebucht hatten - mussten 35 € extra bezahlen pro Besuch!

Hotel seized by Italian Justice Ministry

Hotel was closed and I was met by a policeman at the shut gate. He stated that the hotel was seized by the Italian Justice Ministry. I had to find another hotel in short order in a nearby town at 6PM without any further notice. Visir still charged us for a non-refundable night. Hotels.com should remove this hotel listing from its site.

Ottimo albergo

La vicinanza dell'albergo alla spiaggia è comoda, tuttavia a piedi per raggiungerla si impiega almeno 15 minuti, quindi non è poi così vicino come sembra. Per ovviare a questo problema l'hotel mette a disposizione gratuitamente una navetta per raggiungere la spiaggia. A parte questo la piscina è fantastica. Il servizio cordiale e sempre disponibile. Consiglio comunque di arrivare lì con un mezzo di trasporto e di non farsi scarrozzare a destra e a sinistra dalla navetta dell'albergo o dai servizi di trasporto disponibili.

Great place to stay

My wife and I loved this little Hotel with beautiful pool large rooms great air conditioning, good breakfast and they have a van that takes you to the beach Its located some 700m from the beach but I did not think that was a problem. The spa is great and the indoor pool you have to pay extra they have free wifi and parking space for your car
