The property is beautiful, I came off season and had the entire pool to myself on 2 separate occasions. Great place to stay if you don’t care to go to the city, it is somewhat a nuisance to go back and forth without a car. Good onsite is expensive and not very good.

I would not recommend staying at this resort. My husband and I were very disappointed to find that the gym, spa and sauna were all closed during our entire stay of 4 days. There was only one restaurant available and no restaurants close by to walk or drive to. The area is unsafe after dark and very far from all activities and restaurants in mazatlan. Staff were not very friendly and the beds were not comfortable. Our room smelled musty. I would only recommend going if you are going for the golf course.

This property felt tired and somewhat run-down. Hot water in the shower was sporadic and the place felt like it could do with a facelift. It is very isolated - a good 30-40 minute drive to get into Mazatlán. The beach is stunning, mostly unspoilt, and tranquil. The food was very good.

It started with the shuttle being late and then we got there in a room had a view of a big bush when I called a bunch of times beforehand cuz it was a special night for us and I explained what I wanted an ocean view the manager was very nice and he moved us to a room with a beautiful view but then there was more problems I was told when I called that there was a swim up bar that's what I was looking for also we went and ate at the beach Barefoot Beach Bar and it was disgusting I told the manager and he said it was fixed I called three times before I got there and said make sure that there's a coffee maker in our room we got there and there was no coffee maker by evening they said that they would have one in my room but that never happened I talked to the front desk person at that point and he said he will make sure because a lady comes in early in the morning and makes a huge crap of coffee for all the workers he will make sure I have two crafts outside my door between 4:00 and 5:00 well I waited till 7:00 I went down to the front desk in the front desk lady was rude and nasty to me they were nice because we said that we were going to leave in the refunded all our money but I would not suggest going to this place the property in the room was beautiful but the first room didn't have a refrigerator microwave coffee maker or anything like that they need better Management in checking the rooms and making sure the rooms are supplied we ended up going and buying our own plates silv
