I chose to do pay at property as I have done at other time (not at this specific hotel). I showed up at the hotel at 7:40p just to tell me they cancelled because they the hotel tried running payment around noon and didn’t receive payment. I’ve always saved on a certain card and paid with a different card and NEVER had an issue. The staff helping was so kind so I couldn’t take it out on her. I would not recommend the pay at property with this place.

I didn’t appreciate the manager (man)opening our bedroom door. I know it was time to check out but I was still chasing and saw me undress. You have to knock first. Right at 11 AM going around and opening doors thats not nice
