I chose to do pay at property as I have done at other time (not at this specific hotel). I showed up at the hotel at 7:40p just to tell me they cancelled because they the hotel tried running payment around noon and didn’t receive payment. I’ve always saved on a certain card and paid with a different card and NEVER had an issue. The staff helping was so kind so I couldn’t take it out on her. I would not recommend the pay at property with this place.

The light went out there was no generator to help the situation .. the rooms were hot .. breakfast was cold due to the same .. the staff was not helpful except for the night girl .. worst experience ever
