"unable to eat breakfast ,too many guests, warm meal was not available, I guess they were not prepared for all guests, there was a waiting time of 20 minutes until food got restocked /cooked. "

"I booked a non-smoking room and apparently it was given to another guest because I was told when I arrived that the only room available was a smoking room. Bed sheets had cigarette burn holes and obviously it smelled like smoke. I endured the night though. Not an enjoyable stay for me. "

"The Super8 in Hancock exceeded my expectations for a budget overnight stay (Berkeley Springs WV was my destination). With that said, it's not super fancy, but I could tell that there have been efforts to upgrade (with some ways to go). There were ample hooks and hangers, the single queen room was spacious. I found that the nicest touch was the dimmable nightstand light, both for winding down, and in the early morning. The young man who checked me in was thorough and friendly. I paid $15 for an early check in, and got a nap in. The sheets / towels were clean. The only thing I felt missing was a box of Tissues. I was comfortable enough and actually got some shut-eye before an early departure."

"room was clean when we arrived. There was no cleaning of room at all next day. Breakfast the hot food was cold and not much was offered. The front desk made excuse that they don't have enough staff to clean during the week."
