「Staff was very friendly and upbeat - my mom really enjoyed conversing with the breakfast staff, as she was normally there pretty early, before anyone even woke up, so enjoyed the interaction. The waffles were bomb, you need to try the berry one, ask a staff member if you get stuck, or are unsure how to make the waffle ! Was a little thrown off that there were no slippers available in room however saw a staff member carrying them in the elevator, didn't bother asking about it, as i didn't see...

「Very convenient location at city centre. Safe area. Hotel is very new. The room and facilities are also new and clean.」
