We had a great stay - overall cleanliness could be improved especially floors and around the hot tub. Location and view is amazing and great parking. Kitchen is well stocked and the washer/dryer is a great bonus

We love the area and the house was very nice but the cleanliness was terrible and the dryer did not work. We also had a power outage which can happen but the communication between Vacasa and us was terrible. They were to keep us updated and did not .. they finally got back to us at 8pm stating the power should be on at 1pm when it was already on and the two people I talk to were extremely rude.

Great condo, but disappointed

Nice condo with a great view. The layout worked perfectly for our group of 6. Unfortunately the house was not cleaned properly and the hot tub was not filled up the whole way so we were unable to enjoy it. We were told a service person was coming to fix it multiple times but they didn't show up until 1 hour before check out.

Okay I guess.

It's a beautiful home with a gorgeous view but the home needs work for sure. 2 of the couches were broken and light bulbs were burnt out. Also this place was very dirty. We had to wash every dish before we could even use it. Every blanket stunk so we also had to wash those before use. The hot tub was dirty and not filled all the way. There was remotes missing for the tvs as well. There was hair in the microwave too. It's a shame because it's a beautiful home it just needs a lot of tlc and some love.
