“This is the second time that we have stayed at this property. It is absolutely perfext to ski in and out of. There is a shuttle picks you right out front of the building to bring you to the main lodge. The condo is clean, beautifully decorated and the hosts are amazing providing everything we needed for our get away. They also respond to requests quickly. Cant wait to go back ”

“The condo wad perfect for us. It was close to the snow pine ski lift so we got our first chair rides. In the evenings when Snow Pine lift was closed, we were able to ski back on cat walk right to the driveway. Then it was a very short walk to our condo. The condo itself was clean and well stocked with all the necessities. We would definitely consider going bac”

“The only bad part was i cant get any messages from the host thru expedia app i had to contact them directly to get instructions. It seems as if its a app problem. Other than that it was great unfortunately we had a pet emergency at home and had to leave earlier but look forward to returning!!”

“Great location for hiking on the mountain. Easy access to town. Close to Holiday Valley facilities and Spruce Lake. Kitchen is well equipped. AC available for summer temps, good heating in colder temps. Car dependent. Bring all your own groceries. Oven, stove, microwave, coffee making machines, and electric kettle make for great meal preparation. Ice in the freezer. Love it here!”

“Spent a summer weekend enjoying all Ellicottville has to offer. House location as perfect - easy .5 mile walk into town to enjoy drinks and food and more drinks! Great options to choose from! Rock city state park had some great places to hike. House was perfect for three couples. Really enjoyed the fire pit and big dining room table to play cards and games. Back yard is very private and plenty of parking. Highly recommend. No ocean view though might want to adjust the listing ”
