"There was an issue with trash! The trash cans were full and over flowing right outside the foyer door, which was gross. The trash cans in the eating area were full and over flowing as well. The breakfast staff were rude when asked if they had more condiments, syrup for the waffles. They gave a sharp and rude, "NO!" The floors around the main check in area, food area, hallway leading to elevators were extremely dirty with visible dirt and stains on the floor. Most of the desk staff were very unorganized and not very helpful at all, they did not seem interested in assisting customers. One younger lady was very pleasant and nice. The rooms were decent, but our shower door would not stayed closed while showering and this was a major inconvenience. Overall, this Hampton Inn was my worst experience to date. "

"It was a very nice hotel for what we were staying there for which was simply a stop to sleep for the night during a long drive. Miss Diane in the breakfast area was fantastic and what any customer service driven employee should strive to embody. "

"The pictures in the advertisement are not accurate. That hotel with the pool out front that is shown, thats adjacent and looks locked up. Pool area overgrown, no clean water in pool. The place is in need of upkeep. The room smelled musty and was quite tiny. The other pics advertised?? Didn’t see anything that looked like that either. I didn't feel safe. Didn’t even check in. They say they are keeping my money because i didn't cancel 24 hrs in advance. Expdeia was no help. Expedia is falsely advertising this property. "

"Room appeared clean. TV wasn’t working and from the reviews - it hasn’t been for a while. Room upstairs was extremely loud. Fortunately we only needed a few hours of sleep and then back on the road. I wouldn’t recommend though, and I’ll never go back. "
