“Quiet for a friday night which was nice. nice fellow at the desk.”

“Our family passed by here on a trip from California to Indiana. The attitude of their staff was very good, but I had a very bad experience with the hotel. Their quilt and mattress were damp, and it felt like they were taken out of the washing machine and put on the bed without drying. It was very uncomfortable. The corner of their table was broken, but they did not do any protection or replacement, which caused my five-year-old daughter to scratch her back directly. All kinds of experiences were……

“Nice location, friendly staff, loved the Veterans Memorbilla. Room was spacious, clean and quite. Bathroom was spacious also. I had an accessible shower and the water was hot with great pressure. Bathroom floor, shower floor and the attached seat in the shower can all be slippery when wet. They do also have a free standing shower chair. I used a washcloth to sit on, on the attached bench so I wouldn't slip. There was no bathmat for when you get out of the shower so I used a towel. Just a……

“Easy check in, staff was friendly, helpful and amazing. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable and pillows were amazing, I need them for home. Love the late check out. They even texted after I got in my room to make sure everything was OK and they were there if I needed anything. Check out also super easy. 10 out of 10, would recommend. Will stay again when traveling to and from CA to CO.”

“The staff at the time of our stay was great. But it was creepy having to check in over a computer screen, instead of in-person. I accidentally left a $1000 medication pen in the room fridge. We were 50 miles away when I realized. When I talked to the manager, he said there were no items found, and wouldn’t even ask someone to look again. Then he hung up on me! Not a fan!”

“Hotel was nice and clean. Check in was not a pleasant experience at all. Jessy was just plain rude. I arrived at 2:50 and check in was at 3pm. She said Housekeeping wasn’t done and it would be at least another 30 minutes & then she reiterated that check in wasn’t until 3pm. I said well that’s in 10 minutes. So it’s still won’t be ready upon check in. We felt like she made an extra effort to make our check in just plain unpleasant and difficult. She was Not even helpful with directions to the……
