"1) Host David has gone above and beyond to make your stay comfortable . Easy instructions to follow 2) This property is the cleanest I have ever rented, and I camp alot with Vbro.com 3) When you enter the cottage, its very swanky and well decorated. It has high end appliances/fixtures and bathrooms are better then most 5 star hotels 4) Olean is a short drive for provisions, but David has got you covered. The kitchen is well stocked, you could easily cook for a group5) Absolutely peaceful and serene. The pond has some HUGE Fish in there, I caught every day I fished, saw some in the pond 14 "to 16" easily "Lunkers""
"Our treehouse stay was absolutely amazing and the perfect way to kick off summer for our family. Tucked away just off a main road, it felt secluded and peaceful, yet made for a great base to take little day trips and explore the charming surrounding towns.One of the highlights was the field full of fireflies at night—it felt truly magical under a sky blanketed with stars. Being right on the Genesee River and White Creek gave us the chance to explore the shoreline, our 8 year old son loved playing in the creek, skipping rocks, finding toads and trying to catch crayfish. This property is a hidden gem, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable weekend getaway."
"First, the few issues. Breakfast is only OJ, a few bagels, cream cheese, butter, dried cereal, bananas, and coffee. No yogurt, pastries, eggs, or much fruit. Such an easy thing to fix. The multiple threats around the pantry to not steal or video will be turned over to the police for prosecution is offensive to paying guests. There has to be a better way. The place is a bit dated and needs a refresh. The TV remotes were difficult to work from a distance. Ten of the parking spots are reserved as EV charging stations. They were all empty, but signs warned that non EV vehicles parked there would be towed AOE. Since they are available for non-guests, paying guests seem not to be the top priority. There are many positives, and they out balance the annoying but minor issues. The people are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and properly supplied. They are spacious and comfortable for sleeping. The location is good for exploring and shopping. I would certainly stay here again because all the essentials are done well."
