“We loved our stay at Chico Hot Springs! Jen checked us in late in the evening and made sure we still had time to get a quick soak in the hot springs. Staff was very friendly and great food options on the menu. The property is beautiful and the hot springs were recently redone. Hot Springs pool was great for adults and kids. Room was nice and complimentary coffee was provided in the morning in the hotel lobby.”

“Stayed in handicap room by not picking room correctly. Clean room but had issue that the door would not close and lock would just open right up very time try to close. Told lead manager and he came over and told us we need to pull up on door and push it closed. Several times in our stay the door would just open up on its own and how is a handicap person to do this when capable person had issues. Had paint peeling in the bathroom and flex shower head was leaking out the wall and head unit. ……

“The stay was quite disappointing. Upon entering our room, we found an ozone machine still left inside. After looking it up and learning that high concentrations of ozone can affect the respiratory tract, I grew concerned about the hotel's housekeeping and safety procedures.
We informed the front desk and were moved to a new room, but unexpectedly, the bedsheets there were dirty. After a long day of traveling, it was exhausting to deal with a room change, only to encounter further hygiene issues.……
