"Ein gesondertes Schreiben an Pestana und expedia folgt. Der Hauptgrund für dieses Hotel waren die Zimmer mit Moskitonetz. Tatsächlich war KEINES im Zimmer vorhanden, nur der Haken dafür. An der Rezeption meinte man, man könne vielleicht MORGEN eines aufhängen. Wir hatten unser eigenes mit. Dann gab es KEINEN Safe, der Duschkopf der Regendusche war kaputt, wenn man die Handdusche nahm, tropfte es bald aus der Regendusche, kein Stecker im Bad, Moskitospray komplett wirkungslos, Fernbedienung...

"The place is great, water flows very well and you can get warm for your shower real quick. The hotel manager Leu was helpful and addressed any concerns I had. Again Sipson Tours was great with helping me navigate my accommodation. There is breakfast included and my best part is the fruit options which always part of the meal. The downside is that there is really no variety in the breakfast meal. However, overall I enjoyed my stay. "

"stayed here for 3 nights. during my stay, electricity and wifi only worked 40% the time. the third and last night i stayed, there was no water- no running water to boil, no shower and no toilet flush. the corner room i stayed in gets very loud at night and early mornings so bring earplugs. it can get pretty uncomfortable at night if the electricity is down as their backup generator doesn't cover the fan or wifi. the airport shuttle surcharge is 10€ or 250 dobras each way. despite what is...

"**I DO NOT RECOMMEND** I booked an apartment through Expedia, but when I arrived, there was no one available to give me the keys. I wasn’t provided with any contact details for checking in with the host. I emailed the host to inquire about how to access the flat, but the only response I received was a question about who I booked with. As a result, I had to pay for alternative accommodation since I wouldn’t have had anywhere to sleep or stay. "
