「Communication regarding check in was really great. I loved the YouTube video. Upon entering the loft we found the place very clean and organized. I loved the coffee / tea bar. Very thoughtful. The amenities were a great benefit as well. It was a great location to stores and downtown. We will certainly look to book this loft next time we are in town. Thanks for a wonderful stay.」

「Although the view was fantastic and the property was clean and well layout. Being downstairs, was VERY loud!! We could hear everything in the upstairs unit even conversations. There are 3 decks the top two over looking the lake are great but the bottom dock is in disrepair and falling into the lake, needs attention and is dangerous.There was only one small kayak. If you are planning to play on the lake you need to make arrangements otherwise or see if the owners have replenished the other...

"As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many issues overall. The only real highlight was the swimming pool, which our child absolutely loved"
