“Had problems with getting into property, code would not work and could not get in touch with anyone, had to sit outside of property for a while before some one finally got in touch with us. Finally had to use key to access property. Also contacted about a month before arrival for changing dates to stay said it would not be a problem, but i got charged for the extra day, they said they would look into it never heard a word. Not real happy.”

“Nice place to stay outside the city.”

“We love staying at this location when we come to Louisville. It’s a great apartment that is conveniently located. Love the view of the Big Four Bridge at night!”

“Our stay of TEN days, was perfect for our needs…as we were in town to visit family. The location was close to most every place we needed to go. The place was clean with hard wood & tile throughout. The bed was comfy, air conditioning was cool, the quiet neighborhood felt safe & the owner & caretaker were very responsive and helpful when needed. My favorite feature was the big, old fashioned front porch with the swing!!! It was the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, evening beverage…making……

“I’m never sure what neighborhoods a good when I’m traveling. Turns out, this one was perfect. We felt very safe and it was quiet and peaceful. My husband and I stayed with our two adult children for three nights. We all had enough private space in clean, comfortable bedrooms. The back deck was perfect for relaxing evenings and slow mornings.”

“Clean”

“I would suggest getting a full length mirror, so people can check out their whole outfits when they get dressed. Also a mat at the entrance of the building cause when its raining its slippery & one for the patio (inside), cause when its raining its slippery when you come back inside. Other than that everything was great. The place was extremely clean & the host was very accommodating. Will definitely stay again when I visit, if there's availability”

“We enjoyed the stay. The home is so close and convenient to all things UofL. It was definitely a plus that sheets and towels were provided. I wish the kitchen was better equipped with cookware and other kitchen essentials (silverware, pans, pots, aluminum foil, ziplock bags, etc), because I was hoping to cook my son some home cooked meals while visiting, but the lack of cookware prevented us from doing that. Other than that, we had a lovely stay, and now that we know the kitchen situation, we’ll……

“Had a fantastic stay at this property. The home is beautiful, super clean and well maintained. Great location. I’ve already recommended it to a couple of friends. We will absolutely book again when we are in the area.”

“The carriage house was very roomy and nice. We would definitely stay here again.”
