“We stayed one night in the glass igloo during autumn, so the SnowHotel was still under construction and, according to one of the staff, set to reopen in a few weeks. Even so, the experience was lovely and memorable. The igloo was cozy and warm, though a bit tight for three people. At night, we didn’t get to see the northern lights or stars, but the view of the moon and quiet Arctic sky was peaceful in its own way. “We got a very nice room with northern light right outside our windows. The room is warm , comfortable, clean and with a superb view, it’s so relax. Lots of area in the complex to chill out, extremely friendly staff. The little shop has a good offerings if you need anything. Communal kitchen is spacious and super clean. ”

“Super Good overall. Did the Husky self drive, it was great with a great Husky farm: Matara Creek. Hotel was great overall, Spa, breakfast, services. I recommend to drive or to plan your activities with the hotel as this is 45 min from the city center. ”

“Absolutely fabulous little chalet in stunning setting . Accommodation was beautiful . Such a treat to be able to lay in bed and see the night sky and snowy trees. An idyllic, cosy, gem for a short break in Finnish Lapland. Staff were lovely too and the breakfast delivered each day was plentiful and tasty . Would love to return! ”
