Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Check in took some time. Hotel is conveniently located near Masjid Al Haram.

Jumeirah Jabal Omar Makkah
Staff were amazing, food were amazing. However due to hotel.com booking us as 2 diferent group instead of one family, we were placed in 2 diferent towers. With a autistic child and a 3 year old, that was impossible for us accept. I had to pay adfitional 600pounds to have rooms on the same floor.
